The President and Chief Executive Officer ANTONIO V MANIWANG is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), World Safety Organization-Certified Safety and Security Director (WSO-CSSD), a Certified International Investigator (CII) and a Certified Security Professional (CSP). He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security International (ASIS), World Association of Detectives (WAD), Council of International Investigator (CII) and International Association for Legal Research and Investigations (IALRI). He is also an affiliate member of the World Safety Organization (WSO), in consultative status, category II, of UNESCO.. The former National Director-Treasurer of PADPAO (Philippine Association of Detective and Protective Agency Operators Inc.), Director of PADPAO R7 Private Security Academy, Inc., and Member of the Security Multi-Purpose Cooperative College. He is a Life Sustaining Member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants and was a former advisory member of the International Security Management and Crime Prevention Institute (ISMCPI), Australia. A Major reserve officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines assigned with the Medical Administrative Corps (MAC) and a Lifetime Member of the Reserve Officers Legion of the Philippines. In his military stint, he was awarded a Bronze Cross Medal for Bravery and various commendations for distinguish services.
